What is SF Express self pick-up shipping method?
No additional charge must be paid when customers pick up orders, but a shipping fee is applied according to our shipping rate table since DesCato will ship the order to the SF Express location of the customer's choice.

SF Express self-pickup service offered by DesCato is only applicable for pickups at SF Express stores, service centers and EF Locker in Hong Kong. We do not provide self-pickup service from SF Express Authorized Service Points and SF Express locations outside Hong Kong.
Instructions when picking up orders from SF Express locations:
- Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be issued. Customers can use the tracking number to see if their order has reached the selected SF Express location.
- SF Express will contact customers by phone or SMS to arrange pickup.
- Once contacted by SF Express customers are advised to pick up the order within 3 days. Orders not picked up will be returned to DesCato, after which our Customer Service Team will contact customers for reshipment arrangements and reshipping fees.
Instructions when picking up orders from EF Locker:
- Receiver will receive SMS or phone notification from Boxz Self Pick Elocker once the parcel is delivered to the service point of Boxz Self Pick Elocker.
- Receiver MUST go the designated parcel locker and input password according to the SMS notification for parcels picked up at Boxz Self Pick Elocker.
- Once contacted by SF Express customers are advised to pick up the order within 3 days. Orders not picked up will be returned toDesCato, after which our Customer Service Team will contact customers for reshipment arrangements and reshipping fees.
How will my orders be shipped?
[Express Shipping]
For deliveries to the United States, we use FedEx and DHL courier services. Orders that are not eligible for shipping via FedEx or DHL will be shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service), an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. DesCato will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

Will my shipment come with a tracking number or code?
Trackable orders sent via Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping can be tracked through your local post office. If available, tracking numbers and relevant links can be found in "My Account" under the Shipping and Tracking section of shipped orders in your Order History.
Can my shipment be delivered to a Post Office box?
Most Express Shipping couriers will not deliver to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.
[Standard Shipping or Premium Standard Shipping]
Standard or Premium Standard shipments can be delivered to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. However, we encourage customers to avoid using Post Office boxes in case shipments are upgraded to Express Shipping, which cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
